A Forgotten Silkroad

As the Internet era continues to shines,
new "silkroads" appear all around the world.

Thousands of miles of pipes and cables lies in the deep ocean,
connecting billions of people.
Among these massive networks, some dark
and forgotten roads remain unexplored.

Can you find your way out of the forgotten silkoad ?


Overview

This is a simple roguelike platformer.

You need to find your way out a succession of rooms.

Each rooms are full of enemies. When all enemies of a room are defeated, you'll gain damage of armor bonuses.

If you die, you'll restart from the beginning and you'll lose all your bonuses.

The HTML version does not have music (since the music file was pretty heavy).

Credits

Used this tutorial from Furcifer for shader basic. Applied this to make a flash effect when the player or enemies take damages.

Used some sounds from the game Dota 2 (Valve Subscriber Agreement).

Reused a music I made for the Composing Jam Pastime II.

Small attack hitbox + large speed made it a little difficult to attack enemies without touching them, but still fun and got to the end on my third try. Would be nice if it was a little more clear what upgrade you got, looking in the courner while trying to see what number goes up was a little annoying. Funny that IE just stood still, lol
